A Design Journey
This year, we were presented with a unique design challenge that quickly became one of our all-time favorite transformations. Our clients came with two bold visions: a soft, vintage-inspired Love Shack Fancy aesthetic and the glitz and glamour of disco vibe fun.

Blending these visions could have been a recipe for creative chaos, but with our creativity and design expertise, we crafted a seamless, jaw-dropping fusion that left our clients—and their guests—in total awe! We started by curating a color palette to fine-tune the design.

Striking a perfect balance between delicate pastels and bold metallics added that essential sparkle. We knew we had to create a bold entrance to welcome guests, which we then echoed throughout the space with balloon pearls and an Instagram-worthy selfie station. We also incorporated a show-stopping DJ display, and an unforgettable photo booth & backdrop area.

These thoughtfully placed touches of retro charm and floral whimsy brought the event a magical experience, proving that even the most contrasting visions can come together in perfect harmony when you bring in the pros. Q: What services or products do you specialize in?
Make it Pop Productions offers a super chic and modern open-air digital photo booth that is sure to make your event the talk of the town. At MIPP, we are not only a photo booth rental, we are an experience. Whether you’re hosting a grand opening for your business, birthday party, wedding or corporate event, we are here to make your special occasion POP! Servicing all of Austin, Texas and surrounding areas.

Q: What inspired you to start your business, and what keeps you passionate about what you do?
I have always loved hosting friends and family and have a passion for coordinating events, very involved in the community and supporting local businesses. I wanted to offer something unique and fun that would bring smiles and laughter to others so I decided to purchase a photo booth to offer and it has been the best decision ever! Q: How do you ensure your clients have a memorable experience when working with you?
I always try to have an “out of box” mindset & strive to make every experience unique for my clients. With MIPP there are no limits. I offer themed props for every event which are included at no additional charge, a fun gallery of backdrops as well as custom backdrops & various add ons. Myself and attendants are very involved with guests, offer hands-on assistance, help to get guests excited about taking pictures, I may even have been caught dancing at times behind the booth (haha). I also offer a custom playlist of music to be played at the booth as well as added a DSLR Camera to offer higher resolution images. I simply make sure to add that extra POP to each event.

Q: Can you share a recent project or client success story that you’re particularly proud of?
I have had the pleasure of working with so many amazing people. It’s hard to pick just one experience. One that stands out is a family who hired me for their daughter’s Sweet 16. Every detail was perfection and the guests were so much fun! Guests kept telling me how much they loved my setup and how different it was compared to others they have seen. The father of the birthday girl later came up to me and said that everyone was having so much fun and didn’t want the photo booth service to end. He asked me if I could stay longer and I agreed to. This is why I love what I do. The smiles, the dancing, the giggles, the connections with family and friends… priceless and knowing that I helped to make that happen.

As a small business, most of my business is word of mouth, so when someone contacts me, I always ask how they heard of MIPP. It always makes my day when I hear it’s from a past client or vendor partner I have worked with.
